We are a small business and our aim is to provide affordable products that are cheaper than normal retail store. Our aim is also to provide good customer service so the customer will come back. Sometimes items maybe discontinued without our knowledge if this happens we can refund or exchange payment. We are an Australian business and catalogues are in Australian dollars. All the clipart pictures are copyright. Most pictures belong to 'Country Clipart by Lisa' See her site for permission to use the images. The other pictures and text are copyright by 'I Love Country'. We use Australia Post for sending our products. Our website is linked to Australia Post and provides a costing on the delivery charges. |

| Store Policies Handmade items may vary from the pictures shown. Also materials do change in time and the material may vary slightly, we will update the pictures on the website as best as possible. We offer secure online payment. We can exchange goods within 7 days of receiving the goods, however you must pay for all postage. We only refund faulty goods within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will notify you on any delays and we advise that the goods have been sent. |

Money Order Money Orders can be purchased at your local Australia Post office. Cheque Personal cheque's are accepted, cheque's must be cleared before shipping the goods. Direct Deposit We accept Direct Deposit into our bank account. If you select this option we will let you know our bank details for you to make the transfer into our account. Credit Cards Many people are still scared to use their credit cards on the internet, our facility for the credit card details is secure and offers encryption so that your information is protected and secure. If you are still wary about using credit cards on the internet, we do accept it via normal mail or via fax (coming soon). Charges are in Australian dollars. We only charge your credit card when the goods are ready to be shipped. |
