I Love Country would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. So, if an item is damaged, it can be returned and a credit note will be sent to you.

 

 

 Please note that an item will only be accepted for a credit note  under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in brand new condition with  packaging in tact.

• A copy of a valid invoice is included with the return. The item is returned within 7 days of the receipt date.

• A product must be approved by I Love Country to be returned.

• Item is to be returned at buyers expense.

• Please contact us and send through photos of damaged item and packaging.          

 

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns. Returns will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without approval will be refused and marked return to sender.
